  • Do I have to sign a contract?
    No, signing a contract is not necessary. The first month of residential cleaning services is provided free of charge. After the first month, the client agrees to pay the agreed-upon monthly fee for the remaining 6 months.
  • What if I am not satisfied with the first cleaning?
    If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning we offer a satisfaction guaranteed clause and we send a team back to your unit or home to fix any areas that was missed completely free of charge.
  • What if my situation changes and I cannot continue to pay for 6 months?
    The client may terminate the cleaning services at any time, but they will need to pay for the initial free month of cleaning if they choose to cancel before the end of the 6 months.
  • How can I trust your cleaning staff in my home?
    We understand the importance of trust and reliability. Our cleaning staff undergo thorough background checks and rigorous training to ensure they meet our high standards. Additionally, we are fully insured for your peace of mind.
